Each class enrolment adds one seat. Removing an enrolment stops that seat renewing after the current billing period.

Does a student in multiple classes cost more?

Yes. A student enrolled in two classes counts as two paid seats.

What happens when I remove a student?

Their class seats remain billed through the current period, with no immediate credit. They stop renewing at the next billing date. Restoring the same class enrolment before then reuses its prepaid seat.

Are assessment attempts limited?

You can create unlimited manual assessments and students can make unlimited attempts on assessments you create. AI generation uses your account’s AI Credits.

Will I be charged automatically after the free trial?

No. The 7-day trial does not require a credit card. Choose a paid subscription to keep creating assessments after the trial or to add more students.

Where do I enter a promo code?

Stripe Checkout shows the promo code box before payment when you subscribe or buy AI credits.
